We need YOU!
Your Role:
Invest in campers during spiritual conversations, fun events, games and competitions, and free time activities.
You Will:
Lead a cabin, co-lead a small group, host a table in the dining hall, lead your team during Rec games & competitions, and set an example in Worship and conversation.
Why We Need YOU:
You are ready to serve students and see them for who they are as children of God. You can encourage their faith and help shape their character. Plus, you bring energy and excitement to camp that will help make it fun and life changing for students!
Instructions for
registering to volunteer:

Create an account, or log in to your existing account

Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Start a New Application"

Click "Start Application" under "2023 Ceta Volunteers"

Select your name and ensure that your birthday and gender are correct

Select the camp(s) you are planning to serve at, and add them to your cart

Fill out all of the required forms

Select what church you are coming with, if any. If that church is paying your fee, you'll also need to enter discount code "CHURCH115" when you get to the payment page. This will bring your balance due to $0, and your church will be billed for your $115 fee. You must have permission from your church leadership before you submit this code!

If you are paying for your fee on your own, you can do so with a credit card on the final payment page. Payment is due before your registration can be submitted.

You should receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your registration. If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder

Send the reference form link (attached in the confirmation email) to two references of your choice - please send at least one to a pastor or leader from your church

Within a few days of submission, you'll receive another email with a link to a Safe Sanctuary training video and test. Please complete this as soon as possible!

Plan to set aside 30 minutes to an hour to complete the video and test

Payment:
Note that all volunteers or
their church/sponsor are required to pay at least $115 of the total fee per week – if money is the reason you are not able to serve at camp this summer, PLEASE contact us
to discuss options!
